Operating principle of electric ball valve:

Electric ball valves are mainly operated by regulating the current flow in the electric actuator. The input and output signals of the electric actuator are 4-20mA and the standard signal of the 220VAC power supply. The motor unit drives the gear turbine worm angle torque to control the opening and closing of the ball valve, distribute and change the direction of the medium's movement, or adjust the proportion of the valve core rotation (i.e. the valve opening and the controlled fluid composition, perhaps called percentage).

Application of electric ball valve:

Electric ball valves do not require manual operation, but are operated intelligently. In the process, the environment and place determine all the elements. The electric ball valves used in high-pressure, high-temperature, low-pressure, and low-temperature environments are different. The following points should be noted:

Under high pressure and high temperature conditions, materials that are resistant to high temperature and high pressure should be selected as the material for electric ball valves, such as stainless steel and alloys, which can withstand high pressure and high temperature.

2. For low temperature and low pressure, there is no need to make significant adjustments to the raw materials.

3. The internal components of the electric ball valve need to be replaced to reduce damage to the valve core, which is also beneficial for the movement of the medium and avoids coking and blockage of the electric ball valve.

4. When the electric ball valve is open, some mechanical devices can be installed to prevent oscillation and avoid damaging the internal structure of the electric ball valve core when it is open.
