Pre use inspection:
Check whether there are cracks, scratches or damage on the glass components (kettle body, interlayer, inner wall), and whether the sealing surface is flat.
Confirm that the sealing ring is intact, apply vacuum silicone grease during installation to enhance sealing, and gradually tighten the clips in diagonal order.
Ensure that the mixing blade is installed in the center, rotates flexibly, and all interfaces are firmly connected.
Check the level of thermal oil and strictly prohibit dry burning; Confirm that the cooling water pressure is normal.
Empty load test run, observe whether the mixing is smooth and whether there is any leakage.
Precautions during use:
Temperature control should be gradual to avoid sudden cooling and heating that may cause glass breakage.
Wear goggles and gloves throughout the entire process, and immediately turn off the power after stopping.
Real time monitoring of temperature, pressure and other parameters, and timely handling of any abnormalities.
After use operation:
Immediately clean the reaction kettle to prevent residue from drying out.
Turn off the power and medium valves, and clean the inside and outside of the equipment.
