1. The power supply and cup are ready, open the stainless steel container lid, place the cup in the middle of the stainless steel container, add thermal oil or silicone oil to the stainless steel container to the appropriate height, and place the stirrer into the cup solution. Turn on the power switch and the indicator light will turn on. Rotate the speed potentiometer clockwise to increase the speed from slow to fast. Adjust to the required speed.

2. When heating, connect the temperature sensor probe, clamp the probe on the bracket, and move the bracket so that the temperature sensor probe is inserted into the solution by no less than 5 centimeters, but it cannot affect the stirrer.

3. Turn on the power switch, and after about 1 minute, the red digital display on the upper row of the instrument panel is 400, and the lower row is 0.0. After being stationary for 30 seconds, the upper row displays the current water temperature. Press the SET button, and the upper row displays SP. Press the ▲ or ▼ button to make the lower row display the desired set temperature. Press the SET button again, and the upper row displays ST. Press the SET button again to return to the actual temperature displayed on the upper row. At this time, wait for a few seconds, and the smart meter will start to memorize.

If you want to change the parameters of the smart meter, such as resetting the temperature to a higher value (or if the original setting error is too large), you need to press the SET button to reset the temperature to a higher value (or if the original setting error is too large). The upper row will display SP, press the ▲ or ▼ button to display the desired temperature in the lower row, and then press the/SET button to display ST in the upper row. If you still press the SET button, the upper row will display the actual temperature. After holding down the AT key for 20 seconds, the RUN light flashes and the instrument panel starts to self adjust. After two automatic cycles (referring to stopping heating when the temperature automatically rises to the set temperature and starting heating when it drops below the set temperature), the RUN light goes out and the instrument panel obtains a set of parameters that can overcome overheating permanently. Press the/SET key to display SP in the upper row, and press the ▲ or ▼ key to display the desired temperature in the lower row.

4. If there is a jumping phenomenon in the mixer during work, please turn off the power and restart it. Adjust the speed from slow to fast to restore normal production.

1. Please do not turn on the temperature control switch when the stainless steel container is not filled with thermal oil and the temperature sensor is not connected, in order to avoid damage to the electric heating tube and thermostat.

2. To ensure your personal safety, please use a three-phase safety socket and ensure proper grounding when using it.

3. The heating time should generally not be too long, intermittent use can prolong the service life. Medium speed operation can work continuously for 8 hours, while high-speed operation can work continuously for 4 hours.

5. If not used regularly, please wipe it clean and place it in a dry and ventilated place.
