The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China has purchased multiple plasma equipment, including PLUTO-T plasma cleaning machine, PLUTO-MD plasma debonding machine, etc., and received positive feedback from users.

The main applications involved include: removal of crystal round photoresist, removal of organic compounds on the surface of electronic semiconductor samples, surface treatment of multifunctional micro nano structured broadband absorbers, and so on.
