PULS guide rail power supply is the core power supply unit in industrial automation control systems that provides stable DC power to low-voltage equipment such as PLCs, sensors, relays, and human-machine interfaces. It is known for its compact structure, high reliability, and convenient installation, and is widely used in electrical control cabinets, intelligent manufacturing production lines, and energy management systems. Its performance directly affects the stability and lifespan of the entire control system. The excellent performance of PULS guide rail power supply is due to the precise integration of multiple key functional modules.


1、 Input filtering and rectification module
Built in EMI filter and full bridge rectifier circuit effectively suppress surges, spikes, and high-frequency noise in the power grid, ensuring stable operation under wide voltage inputs (usually 85-264VAC or 120-370VDC) and meeting electromagnetic compatibility standards such as EN61000-6-2/4.
2、 High frequency switching converter
High frequency transformers and MOSFET power transistors controlled by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) are used to convert high voltage AC into low voltage DC (such as 24VDC, 12VDC). Efficiency of over 90%, significantly reducing heat generation; Some models support active PFC (power factor correction) to make PF>0.95 and reduce reactive power loss.
3、 Output voltage stabilization and protection circuit
Voltage stabilization accuracy: typical ± 1% - ± 3%, with excellent load adjustment rate and linear adjustment rate;
Multiple protection: Integrated overvoltage (OVP), overload (OLP), short circuit (SCP), and overheat (OTP) automatic protection, which can self recover after the fault is resolved;
Low ripple noise: Output ripple<100mVpp, avoiding interference with sensitive electronic components.
4、 DIN rail installation structure and heat dissipation design
The shell is made of flame-retardant PC or metal material, in compliance with UL94-V0 standard, with a protection level of IP20 (some up to IP67);
The two side buckle design can quickly lock onto TS-35/7.5 or TS-32 standard guide rails without the need for tools;
Fanless natural cooling structure, suitable for dust and oil environments, MTBF (up to 100000 hours).
5、 Status indication and extended functions
The LED indicator light displays the power status in real-time (green light is normal, red light is faulty);
Some models are equipped with remote signaling (DC-OK) signal output, parallel current sharing, redundant backup, and remote monitoring interfaces (such as RS485);
Support wide temperature range (-25 ℃ to+70 ℃) to meet the demanding requirements of industrial sites.
