Main description
The KMGA 740 temperature measurement system represents microprocessor technology. This system is designed to record and monitor the infrared temperature measurement process, especially in the research and development field, and is often used. Its main features are: a particularly wide measurement range (350... 3500 ℃), and a short response time (only 10 microseconds). The device includes a Klerber high-speed pyrometer with an adjustable focus lens or macro lens, a display, a power supply, and a USB interface, a measurement and analysis workbench with a handle, and easy-to-use analysis software installed on a computer.
The pyrometer is connected to the workbench (measurement and analysis unit device), and the workbench is connected to a computer through a USB interface. Both trigger input and measurement output 0/4-20mA are available.
A measurement and analysis software with a simple and easy-to-use user interface displays temperature curves on a computer screen. Within a freely adjustable time scale, the minimum, maximum, and average temperatures can be displayed in graphical form. Users can also select the areas of interest they want to know through the location function on the software.
Two screen windows can display the complete temperature measurement process, with the first window displaying all measurement curves and the second window delving into more details. The markings and temperature measurement process graphics made by the user can be saved or printed out.
In order to eliminate noise, the software installed on the computer has the function of taking the average value through multiple samplings. The scanning time can be adjusted to 10 milliseconds per step, and you can also set a recording time to automatically record it.
