High precision control capability: The MR-J2S series adopts an absolute position encoder with a resolution of 131072 pulses per revolution, which has higher control accuracy compared to previous generation products such as the MR-J2 series. The encoder supports ABS mode and, when combined with an external battery, can build an absolute position system. It can resume operation without resetting to the original point after power failure, making it suitable for scenarios that require high-precision positioning.
Multi mode control and flexible switching: supports three basic modes: position control, speed control, and torque control, and can achieve switching control between modes. For example, in position control mode, the system can accurately control the motor position through high-speed pulse trains (up to 500kpps differential input); In speed control mode, the simulated speed command input range is up to 0 ± 10VDC, supporting internal multi-stage speed settings (up to 7 speeds); The torque control mode adjusts the output torque through analog input (0 ± 8VDC) or parameter settings to meet complex requirements such as tension control.
High performance hardware configuration: Equipped with a high-performance CPU, the speed loop frequency response has been increased to 550Hz, significantly improving the dynamic response capability.
