Impact resistance test

  1. The length dimension of the test strip should not be less than 2.4m.

Take three boards as a set of samples, assemble and fix them as shown in Figure 6, and the center to center distance between the upper and lower steel pipes is the length of the board minus 100mm, which is (L-100) mm. The board joints are bonded with mortar that matches the material of the board, and the boards are tightly squeezed between them. The joints are overlapped with fiberglass cloth and compacted and leveled with mortar.

3. After 24 hours, fix a standard sand bag containing 30kg of fine sand with a particle size of less than 2mm on a steel ring with a diameter of about 10mm and a center distance of 100mm from the board surface, so that the center of gravity of the sand bag in a suspended state is at the L/2 height (as shown in Figure 7).

  1. Pull the sand bag along the arc with the rope length as the radius, in a plane perpendicular to the board surface, to raise the center of gravity by 500mm (measured with a ruler), then freely swing and fall, impact the set position, and repeat 5 times.

Visually inspect both sides of the board for any through cracks and record the test results. If the result meets the relevant requirements in Table 3, it is considered qualified

  1. Take a test strip board and cut a hole at a height of 2000mm in the board, with a depth multiplied by height multiplied by width of 50mm * 40mm * 90mm. After removing the remaining dust, use cement water glass slurry (or other adhesive) to bond it together, as shown in the steel plate hanger in Figure 9. The distance between the hanging hole and the board surface is 100mm. After 24 hours, check whether the hanging installation is firm, otherwise reinstall.
  2. Fix the test strip as shown in Figure 10, with a spacing of (L-100) mm between the upper and lower tubes.

3. Apply a load in two stages through the circular hole of the steel plate hanging bracket, with a load of 500N per stage, and let it stand for 2 minutes. Add an additional load of 500N to the second level. Let it stand for 24 hours and observe whether there are cracks with a width exceeding 0.5mm around the hanging area, and record the test results. If there are no cracks with a width exceeding 0.5mm on the board surface around the hanging area and the hanging force meets the relevant requirements in Table 6, it is considered qualified.
