Ultra high pressure microjet homogenizerIt is a high-precision, high-pressure material processing equipment with standardized operating procedures and scientific maintenance strategies. It not only ensures stable homogenization effect, but also greatly extends the service life of the equipment. The following are specific operation and maintenance techniques:
1、 Standardized operational skills
Preparation before startup
Material pretreatment: Ensure that the material to be processed is free of large particle impurities (particle size should be less than 1/3 of the microchannel diameter) to avoid clogging the microchannel; High viscosity materials need to be preheated to a suitable temperature in advance (refer to the equipment manual) to reduce conveying resistance.
Equipment inspection: Confirm that the pressure of the ultra-high pressure system is at zero, and that the pipeline connections are not loose or leaking; Check if the coolant level meets the standard to ensure normal heat dissipation of the boosting system; Verify that the interaction chamber is installed properly and the sealing gasket is not damaged.
Media flushing: Before starting up, flush the pipelines and chambers with pure water or a solvent compatible with the material to remove internal air and prevent damage to the boosting components caused by air pressure.
Operation during the running process
Pressure gradient boosting: It is strictly prohibited to directly raise the pressure to the target pressure. It is necessary to gradually increase the pressure in stages (such as from 50MPa to 200MPa, with an interval of 50MPa between each stage, and stabilize for 2-3 minutes) to avoid damage to the cavity and pipeline caused by high pressure impact.
Real time monitoring parameters: closely monitor the pressure display value. If there is a sudden increase or decrease in pressure, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting; Observe the material discharge status. If there is uneven discharge or abnormal noise, pause the operation and check for channel blockage or seal failure.
Continuous material conveying: maintain stable feeding and avoid cavitation caused by material breakage; It is strictly prohibited to dismantle pipelines or chambers during equipment operation to prevent safety accidents caused by high-pressure material spraying.
Operation after shutdown
Pressure reduction and relief: First, turn off the feed pump, then gradually reduce the system pressure to zero, and finally turn off the main power. It is strictly prohibited to stop the machine under pressure.
Thoroughly clean: Rinse the pipelines and chambers with clean water or specialized cleaning agents. For materials that are prone to residue (such as proteins and adhesives), a step-by-step cleaning method of "warm water+cleaning agent+pure water" can be used to avoid material residue solidifying and blocking the channel.
Pipeline emptying: After cleaning, empty the residual liquid inside the equipment to prevent corrosion of the pipeline and cavity due to the static liquid.
2、 Daily maintenance and upkeep techniques
Core component maintenance
Interactive cavity: Regularly check the wear of the cavity. If there are scratches on the inner wall or deformation of the channel, it should be replaced in a timely manner; When storing the cavity, it should be kept dry and avoid contact with hard metal objects to prevent collision and damage.
Sealing element: The sealing ring is a vulnerable part, and it is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months; When replacing, original accessories should be selected to ensure sealing accuracy and avoid high-pressure leakage.
Boosting system: Regularly check the quality and level of hydraulic oil. If the oil appears cloudy or discolored, it should be replaced in a timely manner; It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive maintenance of the booster pump every 12 months and calibrate the accuracy of the pressure sensor.
Maintenance of pipelines and auxiliary systems
Pipeline inspection: Check the pipeline joints and welds once a month. If there is leakage or corrosion, repair or replace them in a timely manner; For equipment that has been out of use for a long time, rust prevention treatment should be carried out on the pipelines.
Cooling system: Regularly clean the dust on the radiator to maintain smooth heat dissipation; Replace the coolant once a year to prevent it from deteriorating and affecting the heat dissipation effect.
Electrical system: Keep the electrical control cabinet dry and ventilated to avoid dust accumulation; Regularly check whether the circuit connections are secure to prevent equipment failures caused by poor contact.
Management of vulnerable parts
Establish a vulnerable parts inventory list, reserve key accessories such as interaction chambers, sealing rings, and one-way valves in advance, to avoid equipment downtime and waiting in case of equipment failure.
The replacement of vulnerable parts requires recording the replacement time and usage duration, summarizing the wear and tear patterns, and optimizing the maintenance cycle.
3、 Common fault prevention techniques
Prevent channel blockage: strictly control the material pretreatment process and install pre filters; Regularly backwash the chamber to remove small residual particles.
Avoid pressure overload: Set a pressure protection threshold, and when the pressure exceeds the set value, the equipment will automatically shut down; It is strictly prohibited to increase the upper pressure limit without authorization.
Reduce component corrosion: Select the appropriate chamber material based on the material properties (such as ceramic chambers for strong acid materials), thoroughly clean after shutdown, and avoid residual corrosive materials.
