1. Water treatment industry:

Municipal sewage treatment: Adjust the pH value of the aeration tank to ensure microbial activity and improve COD and ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency;

Preparation of Pure/Ultra Pure Water: Control the pH value of the reverse osmosis (RO) inlet water and adjust the pH value of the terminal water to 6.5-7.5.

2. Chemical and Pharmaceutical:

Chemical reaction control: such as acid-base neutralization reactions, precise control of pH endpoint is required to avoid waste of raw materials;

Drug production: Oral liquids and injections need to maintain a stable pH value within the human tolerance range to ensure efficacy and safety.

Beverage processing: Control the pH value of fruit juice to prevent microbial growth and stabilize the taste;

After use, it is necessary to regularly check whether the acid/alkali adding pipeline is blocked or leaking, and whether the pump body is running normally to avoid adjustment failure caused by actuator failure. Regularly check the display screen values against the measured values of the standard pH meter and verify if the alarm function is functioning properly.
