1. Structural design:The test chamber bracket adopts a 304 mirror stainless steel frame, which is fixed into a test chamber with internal dimensions of 0.9 meters x 0.9 meters x 1.85 meters through welding and bolt connection processes.

2. Mobility and stability:The bottom of the bracket is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement; At the same time, the bottom of the test chamber is a load-bearing structural base covered with a mirror stainless steel bottom plate, ensuring the stable placement of overweight or ultra-high test samples.

3. Sealing and Transparency:The cabin wall is composed of mirror stainless steel and 11-13mm thick float glass, which ensures good sealing and facilitates visual inspection of pollutants inside the cabin, making it easy to clean and handle.

4. Cabin door design:One side of the test cabin door is hinged, and the other side is equipped with a fixed door bolt to ensure sealing; The door frame is parallel to the floor, making it easy for samples to enter and exit.

5. Air treatment and circulation:The infinitely variable speed silent fan and multi-stage filtration system (activated carbon, medium efficiency, primary efficiency) ensure the purity and circulation of the air inside the test chamber.

6. Lighting and Observation:The top is equipped with a mixing fan and LED lighting, providing uniform air flow and sufficient illumination; The observation port is made of 12mm thick float glass treated with special technology, which facilitates clear observation of the situation inside the cabin.
