The following are the steps for placing unpackaged complete machines or external metal parts into a salt spray test chamber that complies with GB/T 2423.17-2008:
1. Preparation stage
-Ensure that the salt spray test chamber meets the requirements of GB/T 2423.17-2008 standard.
-Prepare a 5% ± 1% (mass ratio) salt solution to ensure a stable temperature of 35 ℃± 2 ℃.
-Adjust the pH value of the salt solution to maintain it between 6.5 and 7.2.

2. Testing phase
-Put the unpackaged whole machine or external metal parts into the salt spray test chamber.
-Start the testing cycle, lasting for 24 hours.
