Shenyang Rubber Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shenyang Rubber Institute) is a directly affiliated research unit of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation, China Academy of Chemical Sciences. Shenyang Rubber Institute was established in 1958 and is located in Tiexi District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.
