The difference between pure water machine and water purifier
Pure water machine:
1. We use the world's RO reverse osmosis membrane (also known as reverse osmosis) to treat water with a filtration accuracy of one ten thousandth of a micron, ensuring the quality of drinking water. This means that the water produced by reverse osmosis in the pure water machine is very pure. This product is suitable for units, factories, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemicals, hollow equipment, glass cleaning, and micro electronic industrial equipment for pure water, as well as direct drinking water for homes and schools.
2. Adopting imported diaphragm pump, it has a long service life and reliable operating quality.
3. Five level filtration comprehensively utilizes the effective functions of each filter element to remove sediment, suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, heavy metals, soluble solids, bacteria, viruses, ions, inorganic salt ions, as well as heat sources and other harmful impurities from raw water, retaining only water molecules and dissolved oxygen.
4. It has the function of high-pressure flushing reverse osmosis membrane, and the cumulative working time of household models is generally about 1.5 hours. When starting water production, automatic flushing once can effectively extend the service life of reverse osmosis membranes.
5. Automatic control of water production process (shutdown due to water shortage in raw water, shutdown due to full water in storage tank).
6. Ready made and ready to drink, high purity, low cost, meeting your water and drinking needs.
7. This product is suitable for individuals, organizations, factories, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemicals, hollow equipment, glass cleaning, and clean water for micro electronic industrial equipment, as well as direct drinking water for homes and schools.
Water purifier:
It can be roughly divided into kitchen water purifiers and whole house water purifiers. Kitchen water purifiers use reverse osmosis membrane filtration technology to filter out chlorine, impurities, etc. in tap water, and the resulting water can meet the standards of raw drinking, retaining the useful minerals in tap water for the human body.
Water purifiers and pure water machines are usually installed in cabinets, but water purifiers do not require a power source, while pure water machines generally require a power source.
Household water purifiers generally do not have motors, do not require power, rely on water pressure to drive filtration, do not have water storage tanks, and the effluent is usually normal water. If hot or cold water is needed, a separate pipeline machine/water dispenser needs to be connected. Its main function is to remove harmful substances such as residual chlorine, impurities, odors, and bacteria from water, filter out impurities, rust, some bacteria, viruses, colloids, etc. in tap water, and some models have the function of scale inhibition.
Most products of pure water machines have motors that require power, water storage tanks, five stages of filtration, with PP fiber filter element as the * stage, activated carbon as the second stage, cast activated carbon as the third stage, reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) as the fourth stage, and post activated carbon as the fifth stage. The main function is to filter out all harmful substances in tap water, and the resulting water is pure water, equivalent to the purified water sold in the market.
Another major difference between household water purifiers and pure water purifiers is that water purifiers generally use sedimentation filtration and do not have a drainage function. When the filter element reaches the end of its service life, it is discarded and replaced with a new one. And the pure water machine can continuously flush the RO membrane, discharge pollutants to extend the service life of the membrane. When the service life of the filter element expires, it also needs to be discarded and replaced with a new filter element.
So when choosing between a water purifier or a pure water machine, we need to consider: if you have high requirements for the quality and taste of drinking water (such as brewing tea or filling coffee), you can consider using a pure water machine.
