Abstract: The heating element of the distilled water heater adopts an immersion electric heating tube. Its structure is mainly based on nickel chromium alloy for heating, buried in the center of a copper tube, and surrounded by magnesium oxide as insulation. Therefore, once the water is cut off, the heat emitted cannot be absorbed by the cup water, which will cause the copper tube sheath to break and burn, so it must be submerged in water for use.
1. Close the drain valve first.
2. Open the water source valve to allow tap water to enter the cooler, then flow into the funnel through the return pipe, and finally into the evaporator. Until the water level rises to the center of the glass water level gauge, the water source valve can be temporarily closed when the water flows out of the beneficial water pipe and the water level stops rising.
3. Connect the power supply, wait until the water level in the pot has boiled and steam begins to emerge, then open the water valve. However, be careful not to let the water flow be too large or too small. Generally, you can manually measure the temperature at the bottom of the cooler shell to feel a slight temperature (about 40 degrees), and the effect is *.
4. The distilled water outlet hose should not be too long and should be inserted into the distilled water container. The hose should be washed clean with distilled water before use, and the pipeline should be kept unobstructed to prevent steam blockage and water leakage.
5. When it is necessary to maintain and replace the electric heating tube by oneself, the gasket at the joint must be well padded to ensure no water leakage. Otherwise, it may cause insulation breakdown of the head of the electric heating tube due to the attachment of water droplets on the surface during power on. The screws at the connections of each wire end should be tightened to avoid sparking and burning out the head of the electric heating tube during power on.
Technical Requirements
■ Operation method
1. Cut a suitable length of medical hose, connect one end to tap water and the other end to the inlet of the condenser.
2. Cut a suitable length of medical hose, connect one end to the drainage end of the "water replenishment and cooling valve", and introduce the other end into the floor drain (or reservoir) of the sewer pipe.
3. Cut a suitable length of medical tubing, connect one end to the outlet of the condenser for distilled water, and place the other end into a solvent for distilled water.
4. Close the drain valve of the evaporator and inject a certain amount of water into the evaporator until the water level rises to the lower one-third of the water level mirror.
5. Close the power switch.
6. Pay attention to observing whether the water is boiling from the water level mirror. When the water is boiling, immediately open the tap water shut-off valve. Adjust the amount of cooling water by the size of the tap water shut-off valve to allow an appropriate amount of cooling water to enter the condenser for cooling. The outlet temperature of the cooling water should be controlled at around 40 ℃ to produce distilled water.
7. Rotate the needle valve knob of the "water replenishment and cooling valve" to replenish water into the water cup. Adjust the amount of water replenishment as appropriate (theoretically, the ratio of water replenishment to evaporation is 1:1, estimated). Observe the water level in the evaporation bucket from the water level mirror and keep it at the lower one-third of the water level mirror. After adjusting the amount of water replenishment, lock the back nut of the needle valve.
When the water in the evaporator is boiling, the "cooling water" and "replenishing water" cannot be stopped.
Note: The amount of cooling water is too small, and the distilled water dispenser cannot function properly.
Usage precautions:
The power supply must be consistent with the requirements of the product's power supply. When using this product, it is necessary to use power wiring that is greater than or equal to the heating circuit current requirement, and install a circuit protection device at the front end of the power supply to ensure the personal safety of the operator and the safety of the circuit. The shell of the distilled water dispenser must be connected to a grounding protection wire.
When in use, it should be placed on a fixed platform where there are upper and lower water pipes. The platform height is generally around 750 mm.
Before use, be sure to add water first and then turn on the electricity. Do not turn off the cooling water during use.
4. It is necessary to pay attention to regularly observing the water level inside the evaporator tank, and the water level must be kept within the visible position of the water level mirror.
During use, the operator must not leave. After work is completed or in the event of a power outage, the operator must turn off the power.
Before new use, it is necessary to undergo pre distillation treatment to remove distilled water that does not meet water quality requirements due to processing reasons. When there are strict water quality requirements, distilled water must be tested and qualified before use.
maintenance
After use, the interior should be washed once a day, and the stored water should be drained and replaced with fresh water to avoid the formation of water clots that can reduce water quality and affect the effectiveness of use.
2. Impurities in the water source will be removed through evaporation, especially when the quality of tap water is poor and not treated. After evaporation, sediment will remain in the pot and condense on the pot wall, electric heating tube surface, condenser shell inner wall, condenser outer wall return pipe, etc. Over time, this not only hinders the smooth flow of water, but also affects the effectiveness of the condenser tube and reduces water production; For electric heating tubes, it will also accumulate heat and shorten their service life. Therefore, the water stains in the above areas should be regularly removed. The removal method can be to use a brush to first wash a layer of dirt on the surface, and then, depending on the combination of dirt, use weak acid or weak alkali solution for cleaning. Please be careful not to use excessive force during washing to damage the components.
3. The heating element of the distilled water heater adopts an immersion electric heating tube.
4. Distillers must be operated by dedicated personnel, and when replacing new operators, detailed instructions must be provided.
5. The electrical part should be inspected regularly.
6. When users replace the electric heating tube themselves during maintenance, the hot coil at the joint must be properly padded to ensure no water leakage, otherwise it may cause insulation breakdown of the closed part of the electric heating tube due to water droplets adhering to it when powered on. Tighten the nuts at the continuous ends of each wire to prevent sparks from being generated and burning out the head of the electric heating tube when powered on.
7. Newly purchased distilled water dispensers should be cleaned first and undergo at least two hours of electrical evaporation before being used for internal cleaning. Then it will be officially used to ensure that the water quality meets the requirements. (Cleaning can be done according to 2 steps)
8 should be based on the frequency of use of the distilled water dispenser; The length of time for making distilled water and the local water quality condition are used to remove scale from the distilled water dispenser; During electrical maintenance and repair, the power supply must be cut off.
When not in use for a long time, the water should be drained and wiped clean, and stored at an ambient temperature of -40 to+55 ℃; Indoor environment with relative humidity not exceeding 93% and no corrosive gases.
