~This product is designed with a constant temperature heating element. When the detection probe comes into contact with the VIP (STP) being tested, the heat on the constant temperature heating element will quickly diffuse through the thin film on the surface of the VIP (STP); As the contact time between the probe and the VIP (STP) surface increases, the heat flow through the surface material is blocked by the internal insulation layer, and the dissipation of heat flow will gradually decrease. After a certain period of time, the dissipation of heat flow will gradually approach a nearly stable state, thus obtaining a relatively stable heat flow value.
Through our extensive experimental data verification, it has been found that there is a positive correlation between the heat flow rate value and the thermal conductivity value of the tested VIP (STP). That is, as the heat flow rate value increases, the thermal conductivity value increases, and as the heat flow rate value decreases, the thermal conductivity value decreases.
