Vacuum Insulation Panel, also known as Vacuum Insulation Panel in English, is a type of vacuum insulation material that is composed of a filling core material and a vacuum protection surface layer. It effectively avoids heat transfer caused by air convection, resulting in a significant reduction in thermal conductivity, less than 0.005w/m.k. It has the characteristics of environmental protection and high efficiency and energy saving, and is currently the most efficient insulation material in the world. Vacuum insulation panels are mainly used for thermal insulation, such as refrigerators, cryogenic freezers, electric water heaters, self selling engines, freezers, refrigerated containers, building wall insulation, and LNG storage and transportation. They have a wide range of market applications.

The quality of the vacuum insulation board is determined by the vacuum leakage and insulation effect of the board. Based on the analysis of the internal air pressure of the vacuum insulation board, the internal vacuum degree of the vacuum insulation board is between 1 and 10Pa. When the vacuum insulation board is placed in the vacuum cavity, when the vacuum degree in the cavity is lower than the internal vacuum degree of the vacuum insulation board, the film material on the surface of the vacuum insulation board will expand to a certain extent. According to this principle, after many tests and based on model calculation, the relationship between the expansion degree of the vacuum insulation board and the vacuum degree, that is, the relationship between the expansion degree and the thermal conductivity (for the same film material and core material, the vacuum degree and the thermal conductivity coefficient are positively related) can be obtained.The good performance of the equipment after delivery has been recognized by the customer.
