Mining electric gate valveIt is an automated valve designed specifically for mining environments, which uses an electric actuator to drive the gate to achieve medium connection and disconnection. It has explosion-proof and wear-resistant characteristics and is suitable for harsh working conditions such as underground coal mines. It must comply with coal safety certification standards.

The core parameters of mining electric gate valves include:
:DN50~DN1200, Commonly used DN20~DN300;
:0.6~16.0MPa, Conventional selection: PN2.5~4.0MPa;
Soft seal (PTFE) is suitable for -40 ℃~180 ℃, and hard seal (stainless steel/alloy steel) can reach -40 ℃~600 ℃;
Soft seal achieves zero leakage (≤ VI level), hard seal ≤ IV level;
AC220V/380V (conventional), explosion-proof scenarios can choose DC24V or AC660V.
Its working principle is that after receiving an electrical signal, the electric actuator drives the valve stem to move the gate in the vertical fluid direction, achieving opening or closing, and cannot be used for throttling regulation.
