Technical parameters and working principle

The core parameters of mining electric gate valves include:

  • Nominal diameter

    :DN50~DN1200, Commonly used DN20~DN300; ‌‌

  • Work pressure

    :0.6~16.0MPa, Conventional selection: PN2.5~4.0MPa; ‌‌

  • Temperature range

    Soft seal (PTFE) is suitable for -40 ℃~180 ℃, and hard seal (stainless steel/alloy steel) can reach -40 ℃~600 ℃; ‌‌

  • Sealing grade

    Soft seal achieves zero leakage (≤ VI level), hard seal ≤ IV level; ‌‌

  • Power supply voltage

    AC220V/380V (conventional), explosion-proof scenarios can choose DC24V or AC660V. ‌‌

Its working principle is that after receiving an electrical signal, the electric actuator drives the valve stem to move the gate in the vertical fluid direction, achieving opening or closing, and cannot be used for throttling regulation.     • Underground coal mine: used for automatic control of water pump room, integrated with DCS system to achieve remote on/off management; ‌‌

    • Chemical/Metallurgical: Processing media containing particles (such as mineral sand and slag) requires hard sealing to prevent wear and tear; ‌‌

    • Environmental protection/sewage treatment: Suitable for materials such as fibers and pulp that are prone to clogging, using a blade shaped gate to cut off impurities. ‌‌

      Stainless steel valve body and fluororubber seal for corrosive environments; Select chromium molybdenum steel and metal hard seal for high-pressure and high-temperature scenarios; ‌‌

    • Security certification: Must be equipped withCoal Safety Certificate (MA)
