The most beautiful June day in the world, with a vibrant summer atmosphere amidst the blooming flowers

All things grow, opening the scroll of summer, mountains and rivers rolling hot, welcoming the opening of summer together. On the road of rapid development, Hexiaoyi Group has always adhered to the concept of "family culture" proposed by the group's chairman Wu Xuyan, focusing on building a "harmonious home" and an "innovative home" for the enterprise. Starting from small details, it continuously expands family cultural activities and enriches the connotation of family culture.

In June 2023, the company will move into a new office space, and Hexiaoyi Group will enter a new stage of development. Today, all members of the 'Lotus Effect One' gathered at the Drip Water Yun Outdoor Barbecue Camp to hold a family day and team building activity with the theme of 'Enjoying Family Time and Building Lotus Effect One Dream Together'.

The purpose of this team building activity is to enhance employees' understanding of "family culture", feel the warmth of "family culture", improve team cohesion and overall centripetal force, enable new employees to quickly integrate into the big family of Hexiaoyi Group, enhance employees' understanding of the company by their families, and enrich the company's humanistic emotional construction.

The train runs fast, all thanks to the locomotive! Wu Xuyan, the third "Lingang Craftsman", member of the Shanghai Women Entrepreneurs Association, and chairman of Shanghai Hexiaoyi Group, worked day and night at the forefront of the company. 'Busy' has become synonymous with her.

Chairman Wu welcomed the "family members" who came to the event. It was their understanding and tolerance that gave greater impetus to the development of the company. He also thanked each "He Xiaoyi" for their silent efforts in the work. The company would achieve today's achievements. The road is long in the future. We still need to work hard, people are united, and Mount Taishan will move.

At 14:30, the event officially kicked off, and everyone was divided into eleven teams. Under the guidance of the referee, a series of exciting activities such as "Wind and Fire Wheel", "Collaborative Leaf flipping", "Kangaroo Jump", "Hercules" were organized, fully demonstrating the spirit of teamwork and excellently completing one activity task after another.

This event also specially prepared games such as "Angry Birds" and "Two Three Legs" for the children. The contestants were full of excitement, chasing after each other, and had a kind of indomitable "strength".

The event scene is both passionate and harmonious, with families working together in harmony, helping and encouraging each other, and unleashing their passion to the fullest.

A pinch of cumin, a barbecue, paired with refreshing happy water, enjoy the fun of barbecue to the fullest!

During the barbecue process, everyone demonstrated different barbecue methods and techniques. Although not a barbecue master, the joy of experiencing the process, chatting about interesting things in work and life, is also a different kind of happiness

Happy times are always short-lived. Our Family Day and team building activities are coming to an end. Thank you to the staff for their hard work!

Thank you to the leaders of Hexiaoyi Group for their care towards their employees

The cohesion has been enhanced once again

Further promoted everyone's sense of teamwork

In future work

We, as the 'One Lotus Effect', will surely ride the wind and overcome the waves

Make every effort to create brilliance for the future of Hexiaoyi Group!
