The ROHM Germany General Bulk Analysis and Material Testing Conference has become a traditional annual meeting, and the next conference will be held on January 25-26, 2021, in Berlin, Germany. The users of LUM instruments are spread across various industries, including scientific research and industry experts. The conference organizer invites all users to use them LUMiReader PSA、LUMiReader X-Ray、LUMiFuge、LUMiSizer、LUMiSpoc、LUMiFrac（ For users of composite materials and LUMiFlector, share industry solutions and academic achievements.

The themes of this conference include:

• Particle and surface properties

Nano particle size distribution/Hansen dispersibility parameters/Hansen solubility parameters/particle density distribution/particle surface characterization

• Real time acceleration stability

Direct accelerated dispersion stability test/real-time separation in lotion and suspension/estimation of shelf life by comparative analysis and predictive analysis (ISO/TR 13097)/stability test of cosmetics (ISO/TR 18811)

This conference features the 2021 Young Scientist Award

LUM is soliciting papers for the 2021 Young Scientist Award to support and promote scientific research by young researchers from universities and academic institutions, in order to encourage the conference's scientific committee to achieve scientific results.
To obtain this qualification, the applicant must meet the following conditions:
Using LUM instruments alone (no more than two years after graduation) to measure particles in material testing, the experimental results have improved the scientific community's understanding and recognition of dispersed system analysis.
By submitting peer-reviewed publications, copies of bachelor's, master's, or doctoral theses, or in the absence of published results, detailed descriptions of scientifically significant achievements can be provided.
The applicant shall provide a two page summary and detailed resume, as well as a recommendation letter from their supervisor.

The judging committee will nominate three candidates to present their results during the conference, and candidates can register for the conference free of charge. The candidates will be announced in the autumn of 2020. The winners' articles will be included in Dispersion Letters.

The prize for the 2021 LUM Young Scientist Award is 1000 euros, plus a free two night stay in Berlin,.
