The debugging of ultra-high pressure reverse osmosis equipment is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the effectiveness of water treatment. During the debugging process, it is necessary to strictly follow the steps to ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the equipment. The following is a summary of the debugging methods for ultra-high pressure reverse osmosis equipment:
1、 Preparation work before debugging
Equipment inspection
Check if all components of the equipment are securely installed and if the pipeline connections are correct and leak free.
Check whether the wiring of the electrical system and control system is correct and the insulation is good.
Confirm that the supporting facilities of the equipment (such as pumps, valves, pressure gauges, etc.) are intact and undamaged.
water quality testing
Collect incoming water samples and test water quality indicators (such as turbidity, salinity, pH value, oil content, etc.) to ensure compliance with equipment design requirements.
System flushing
Adopting a low-pressure purified water flushing system to eliminate impurities and bubbles in the pipeline and prevent damage to the membrane components.
2、 Debugging steps
Initial start-up (low voltage start-up)
Turn off the high-pressure pump, turn on the low-pressure circulation pump, start the equipment to circulate water in the system, and check for leaks.
After confirming that there are no abnormalities, gradually increase the pressure to 10% -30% of the design working condition, and observe the operation status of the equipment and the parameters of each component.
High voltage trial operation
Slowly start the high-pressure pump and gradually increase the pressure to the design operating pressure (ultra-high pressure reverse osmosis equipment usually works at a higher pressure, usually 1.0-4.0MPa or even higher).
Monitor parameters such as inlet pressure, production pressure, concentrate pressure and flow rate, temperature, conductivity, etc.
Pay attention to the operation status of the membrane element to avoid excessive pressure difference or abnormal fluctuations.
parameter adjustment
Adjust operating parameters such as pressure, flow rate, interception rate, etc. based on the quality of the produced water and recovery rate.
Ensure that the quality of the produced water meets the design specifications and that the system operates stably.
Adjust the concentrated water discharge valve, control the amount of concentrated water discharge, and prevent concentration polarization and membrane fouling.
Stable operation of the system
Operate continuously for several hours under design pressure and observe the overall operating condition of the equipment.
Record various operational data and determine whether the equipment performance meets the design requirements.
If any abnormalities are found, stop the machine in a timely manner for inspection and troubleshooting.
3、 Debugging precautions
Safety first: Ultra high pressure equipment has high pressure, and attention should be paid to safety protection during operation to prevent high-pressure leakage and injury.
Membrane protection: Avoid frequent starting and stopping to prevent damage to membrane components.
Monitoring of water quality changes: Adjust operating parameters in a timely manner when the inflow water quality fluctuates to ensure the normal service life of the membrane.
Avoid cavitation: Ensure the suction pressure of the pump to prevent equipment damage caused by cavitation.
Regular cleaning: Based on the operating conditions, establish a cleaning cycle for membrane components to prevent membrane fouling from affecting performance.
4、 Acceptance after debugging
Verify whether the quality of the produced water is stable and meets the standards.
Whether the various parameters of the equipment are running stably, and whether there are any abnormal noises or leaks in the equipment.
The operator is familiar with the equipment operation process and emergency handling measures.
