1、 Scope of application:

DZF-6000The series of vacuum drying ovens are used by factories, mining enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions, and various laboratories to dry and heat treat items under vacuum conditions. Heating and drying items under vacuum conditions has the following advantages:

1Can reduce the temperature required for drying (low pressure, low temperature);

2Avoid oxidation of some easily oxidizable items after heating;

3Avoiding the risk of biological cells being killed by heating;

4Dust free particle damage.

2、 Structure Overview

DZG-6000The series vacuum drying oven has a horizontal or vertical shape, a rectangular working chamber, and is made of stainless steel or steel plates to achieve the maximum effective volume. The box adopts08FMade of steel plate spray coating.

The middle insulation layer is filled with ultra-fine glass fiber and equipped with tempered and bulletproof double-layer glass doors for easy observation in the studio, making it clear at a glance; The tightness of the box door closure can be adjusted, and it is equipped with an integral silicone sealing ring to ensure high vacuum inside the box.

The cargo rack in the studio is made of stainless steel mesh or aluminum plywood with good thermal conductivity（6021and6051Type) production; The box adopts a flat plate heater, evenly distributed on the outer wall of the working room; The control and adjustment buttons are installed on the panel for easy operation; At the same time, a high-precision temperature controller with temperature control protection function is used, which ensures reliable temperature control,6090、6210The model is also equipped with an electromagnetic valve, which automatically closes when the vacuum pump is turned off, making the work more convenient and reliable.

3、 Installation and Debugging

1. Installation

The vacuum drying oven should be placed indoors with good ventilation and no strong vibration, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it;

2Debugging

a)Close the box door and tighten the door handle, close the vent valve, and open the vacuum valve;

b)Connect the air duct of the vacuum drying oven to the vacuum pump through a vacuum rubber tube; Connect the power supply of the vacuum pump and start extracting gas. When the vacuum gauge indicates the desired vacuum level, turn off the vacuum valve and the power supply of the vacuum pump successively. At this time, the box is in the required vacuum state. If there is no heating demand, the vacuum box debugging is completed.

4、 Usage method

1Place the items that need to be dried inside the vacuum box, close the box door, close the vent valve, open the vacuum valve, and then turn on the power supply of the vacuum valve for pumping. When the vacuum degree inside the box reaches the user's required value, first turn off the vacuum valve, and then turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump;

2Choose the appropriate drying time based on the moisture level of different items. If the drying operation time is too long and causes a decrease in the vacuum degree inside the box, it is necessary to evacuate again to restore the vacuum degree;

3．Operation method of temperature controller:

Click the setting button to enter the temperature setting state, and use the increase, decrease, and shift buttons to modify the desired value; Press the setting button again to enter the time setting state. Use the increase, decrease, and shift keys to modify the desired value. Press the setting button again to save and exit the setting state. When the time is set to“0”When, it means there is no timing function; When the set time is not“0”When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the timer will start counting, and the lit decimal point will flash. When the time is up, the operation will end, and the display in the lower row of the window will display“End”,Buzzer beeps30second. Long press the decrease button4In seconds, the program starts running again, and when the buzzer beeps, the increase key can be used to silence it.

4After the drying is completed, the power should be turned off first, the vent valve should be rotated to release the vacuum state inside the box, and then the box door should be opened to remove the dried material. (After releasing the vacuum, it is not advisable to open the box door immediately due to the deformation caused by the tight suction between the sealing ring and the glass door. At this time, wait for a moment until the sealing ring returns to its original state before it is convenient to open the box door.)

5Precautions

1The shell of the vacuum drying oven must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use;

2When the vacuum drying oven does not require continuous pumping, the vacuum valve should be closed before turning off the power supply of the vacuum pump, otherwise it may cause the vacuum pump oil to flow back into the oven;

3The vacuum drying oven is not equipped with explosion-proof devices and must not contain flammable or explosive materials, otherwise the consequences will be borne by oneself;

4When removing dry materials, if they are flammable or explosive, they must wait for their own temperature to cool below the ignition point before being placed in air to avoid oxidation reactions that may cause combustion or explosion;

5It is recommended to install a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent moisture from entering the vacuum pump;

6Unauthorized disassembly of the box is not allowed. If any product damage is caused as a result, the user shall bear the responsibility on their own.

6、 Maintenance and upkeep

1The vacuum drying oven should be kept clean regularly, and the door glass should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth (do not use any unknown chemical solvents to wipe, so as not to damage the glass);

2If the vacuum drying oven is not used for a long time, grease or Vaseline should be applied to the plating layer to prevent corrosion, and a plastic dust cover should be covered and properly placed in the drying room.

7、 Common fault handling
