Do you know the detailed components of the Delun digital microscope?

Dilun Digital MicroscopeIt is a modern observation tool that deeply integrates traditional optical microscopes with digital imaging technology. Through a built-in high-resolution camera, it converts microscopic images into digital signals in real time and outputs them to display devices, achieving integrated operations of observation, recording, and analysis.
Its core advantages lie in high-precision imaging and convenient operation. Digital microscopes are typically equipped with high magnification objectives (such as 40X-1000X) and 10 megapixel CMOS sensors, which can capture clear details of tiny structures such as cells and microorganisms. Some models also support macro photography (with a magnification of over 2000 times), meeting the ultra fine observation needs in fields such as semiconductor and materials science. At the same time, images are transmitted in real-time to computers, tablets, or mobile phones via USB or Wi Fi, allowing users to freely adjust focal length, brightness, add annotations, and measure dimensions, significantly reducing the threshold for operation.
Dilun Digital MicroscopeThe components mainly include the following aspects:
1. Optical system
Objective lens: responsible for preliminary imaging of observed objects, it is one of the main components of a microscope, and its magnification and resolution functions are mainly undertaken by it. Its quality directly determines the main optical performance of the microscope. There are usually multiple objective lenses with different magnifications to choose from to meet different observation needs, such as the TL5000A model equipped with infinite far-field flat field objectives 4X, 10X, 40X, 100X, etc.
Eyepiece: further magnifies the image formed by the objective lens, allowing the observer to clearly see the details of the object. Generally, binocular microscopes are equipped with two identical eyepieces, which can be used for simultaneous observation by both eyes. For example, the TL5000A hinged binocular digital observation tube has a field of view of F.N.22mm (anti mold treatment), high eye points, and adjustable visual acuity.
Focusing lens: located under the mirror platform, fixed by hand screws, easy to install. Its function is to converge the light from the light source onto the specimen for observation; The second is to obtain an aperture angle that is suitable for the numerical aperture of the objective lens to ensure that the objective lens is fully utilized.
Prism: In a stereomicroscope, a prism is located below the eyepiece and is used to correct an inverted image, allowing the observer to see an upright image, facilitating operation and dissection.
2. Light source system
Light source lamp: provides sufficient light for observation, ensuring image clarity and contrast. Modern digital microscopes often use electric light sources for illumination, such as tungsten lamps or halogen lamps, with power ranging from tens of watts to tens of watts, and usually require adjustable voltage to change the brightness of the light.
Reflective mirror: For microscopes that use natural light, the reflective mirror can change the direction of indoor light, directing it towards the spotlight. Although natural light is less commonly used in modern digital microscopes, some may still retain this component.
Focusing lens: A regular focusing lens consists of two components: a focusing lens and a variable light barrier. The variable light barrier, also known as the aperture or rainbow light barrier, is installed below the focusing lens and consists of more than ten metal thin sheets. The through hole is circular. By moving the handle of the variable light barrier, the size of the through hole can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the aperture angle of the focusing lens can be changed to match the numerical aperture of the objective lens.
3. Digital imaging system
Digital image sensor: It converts observed images into digital signals and is a key component for digitizing digital microscopes.
Digital processing unit: processes the digital signals transmitted by digital image sensors, including image enhancement, noise reduction, color correction, etc., to improve image quality.
Image display and storage system: Embedded IPS retina screen display, such as TL5000A embedded 9.7-inch IPS retina screen, with a resolution of up to 2048X1536, equipped with WIN10 operating system, can display observed images in real time. Simultaneously equipped with storage function, the captured images can be saved to the built-in memory for easy viewing and analysis in the future.
4. Mechanical device
Tube: The part that connects the objective lens and eyepiece, serving to support and transmit light. The length and design of the lens barrel can affect the magnification and imaging quality of the microscope.
Bracket: used to support and fix various components of the microscope, ensuring the stability of the microscope. Brackets usually have adjustable height and angle, allowing users to adjust according to their own perspective and operating habits, improving the comfort of use.
Focusing device: including coarse and fine adjustment parts, used to adjust the distance between the objective lens and the observed object, so as to achieve the clearest image. Coarse adjustment can quickly change the height of the lens barrel and find the approximate focal plane; Fine tuning is used for fine-tuning to make the details of the image clearer.
Stage: A platform for placing and observing objects, usually with adjustable position and angle, so that users can adjust the position and posture of objects as needed. Some stages are also equipped with fixtures or fixing devices to secure objects and prevent them from moving during observation.
Magnification device: In a stereomicroscope, the function of continuous magnification is achieved by changing the distance between the intermediate mirror groups, allowing users to observe objects continuously within a certain magnification range without changing the objective lens of different magnifications, improving observation efficiency and convenience.
