Electric sleeve regulating valve is an important execution unit instrument used in industrial automation process control, mainly used to regulate process parameters such as flow rate, temperature, and pressure of pipeline media. Its working principle is to drive the valve by receiving signals from the industrial automation control system, changing the cross-sectional area between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby controlling the flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the medium.
The electric sleeve regulating valve consists of an electric actuator and a straight through sleeve type regulating valve body. The valve core adopts a sleeve balanced structure, which reduces the unbalanced force on the valve stem and has good stability. After receiving the control signal, the electric actuator converts it into mechanical motion, driving the valve core to move inside the sleeve, thereby adjusting the flow rate of the medium.

Modular design: The sleeve is pressed onto the valve body through the upper valve cover, making it easy to disassemble and assemble. When disassembling the sleeve, the valve body does not need to be removed from the pipeline, which is convenient for instrument maintenance.
Adjustable flow characteristics: According to different flow characteristics requirements, it can be replaced with a straight flow characteristic sleeve or an equal percentage flow characteristic sleeve, and sleeves with different flow capacities can be replaced according to the flow size.
High temperature stability: Under high temperature conditions, the leakage rate changes little. The sleeve and valve core are made of the same material, with similar shapes, the same coefficient of expansion, and similar deformation at high temperatures.
Strong stability: There is no unstable zone, and there will be no phenomenon of unbalanced force reversal. The guiding parts of the valve core and sleeve are large and will not cause vibration.
Small damage caused by cavitation: The bottom of the valve plug is flat, and the shock wave generated by the rupture of bubbles during cavitation acts on the cavity below the valve plug. The impact energy is absorbed by the medium itself, rather than directly acting on the valve plug.
Long service life: The sealing surface of the sleeve is separated from the throttling surface, and the high-speed flow of the medium through the seal greatly reduces erosion.
