1、 Working principle
The anti blowing bag filter uses reverse airflow to clean the filter bag, and its core is to use the change of airflow direction to deform the filter bag and peel off the attached dust. The dusty gas enters the filtering chamber from the lower part of the dust collector, and after being filtered by the filter bag, the clean gas is discharged from the upper part. As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, the resistance of the equipment gradually increases. When the set value is reached, the airflow direction is switched through a three-way directional valve or an offline switching valve, so that the clean gas flows in the opposite direction from the inside to the outside of the filter bag. The reverse airflow instantly changes the filter bag from an "expanded" state to a "deflated" state. The expansion and contraction deformation of the filter bag causes the dust layer to fall off due to weakened inertia and adhesion, and fall into the ash hopper for discharge. The dust cleaning process can be controlled by timing or pressure difference to ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
2、 Equipment structure
Filter bag component: using 5-10 meter long bags (such as fiberglass expanded yarn filter material), with a small unit filtration area and a lifespan of up to 2-8 years.
Airflow distribution system: including a guide plate and a central intake pipe, ensuring even distribution of dusty gas and avoiding local flushing of the filter bag.
Backblowing system: composed of a blowback blower, blowback pipe, and pulsating valve, providing high-pressure reverse airflow and supporting chamber pulsating blowback for dust cleaning.
Box structure: Divided design (such as 4-14 room combination), using lightweight rock wool board insulation layer and galvanized steel plate protective layer to adapt to high temperature conditions.
Ash discharge device: screw conveyor or star shaped unloader, realizing automatic dust discharge.
Control system: Supports timed/pressure differential cleaning mode, equipped with temperature alarm, pressure differential monitoring, and emergency evacuation device.
3、 Applicable scenarios
High flow dust treatment: suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, and chemical engineering, with a processing air volume of up to tens of thousands of m ³/h.
Low to medium concentration dust control: for working conditions where smoke and dust are easily stripped off, such as cement kilns and grain processing.
High temperature flue gas purification: equipped with fiberglass filter material and insulation structure, capable of treating flue gas with a temperature ≤ 280 ℃.
Scenario with limited floor space: The design of the large long bag reduces the floor space, making it suitable for compact industrial environments.
Cost sensitive areas of operation: low equipment failure rate, simple maintenance, long lifespan of filter bags, and obvious comprehensive cost advantages.
