High temperature purification environment control
Closed air circulation: The air inside the box is forced to circulate through a high-temperature resistant motor, and is repeatedly purified through a three-stage filtration system of primary efficiency, medium efficiency, and high efficiency (HEPA). The filtration efficiency reaches 99.995% (0.3 μ m particles), ensuring that the internal cleanliness meets the ISO 14644-1 standard (e.g. Class 100 corresponds to ≤ 100 ≥ 0.5 μ m particles per cubic foot of air).
Temperature uniformity: Adopting PID intelligent temperature control system and horizontal circulation air duct design, temperature fluctuation is ≤± 1 ℃, uniformity is ≤± 2%, meeting the processing requirements of temperature sensitive materials such as semiconductors and optical devices.
Material and structural optimization
Inner liner material: Full mirror stainless steel (such as 316L or SUS304) inner liner, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, reducing particle adhesion, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
Shell and insulation: Cold rolled steel plate spray coating or all stainless steel shell, matched with 100-150mm thick aluminum silicate fiber insulation layer, excellent insulation performance, surface temperature ≤ ambient temperature+5 ℃.
