2. Assemble the stainless steel pipes and fasteners into the frame as shown in the attached diagram.
　　
3. Install the electrical box at the top of the right rear pole and tighten the screws. Insert the seven pin plug and install the vacuum gauge at the rear end. Tighten the screws.
　　
4. According to the usage height, fix the circular bracket of the kettle on the upright slider, place the kettle on the bracket, and use semi-circular clamps to fix the neck of the kettle. Insert the upright slider separately, close it, and tighten the fixing screws. When installing, pay attention to the verticality of the reactor body.
　　
5. The mixing bar is fixed on the gear ring chuck of the motor spindle. The mixing bar passes through the middle rotating bearing of the cover, tightens the connector, and then adjusts the position of the motor, paying attention to the vertical concentricity.
　　
6. The slider on the pole is a stainless steel multi-purpose clamp that can be fixed and adjusted in different directions and heights.
　　
7. On the left side of the bottle cap, the 40 # standard port is inserted into a snake shaped reflux condenser. The 40 # standard port on the right side is connected to a constant pressure funnel as a feeding port. The 24 # standard port in the middle and front is inserted into a thermometer sleeve, and the 34 # standard port behind the cap is a multifunctional spare port. There is no discharge valve at the bottom. The upper and lower parts of the kettle are respectively the inlet and outlet of the circulating liquid, with the lower port connected to the inlet of the circulating liquid and the upper port connected to the outlet of the circulating liquid.
　　
8. The installation of glass instruments must be cleaned, and all interfaces should be coated with Vaseline to prevent the glass from locking. Then, vacuum grease should be applied to prevent air leakage. Press the universal wheel fixing device to start mixing. If the mixing is stable, it indicates that the debugging is done.
