Scientific maintenance not only maintains instrument performance, but also extends its service life, saving valuable resources for the laboratory. 1、 Standardized operations build a stable foundation
The standardized use of Supelco solid-phase extraction equipment process is the starting point for preventive maintenance. 3、 Fault diagnosis and emergency response plan
For the problem of abnormal flow velocity, segmented pressure testing method can be used to locate the blockage point. Close all branch channels and gradually increase the pressure to observe the rate of pressure decay. Combined with ultraviolet light irradiation, the pollution location can be quickly located.
Mechanical failure is often caused by wear and tear of pneumatic components. The delayed response of the solenoid valve may lead to incomplete elution, and readjusting the driving voltage parameters can often restore sensitivity. For the phenomenon of stuck rotary valve, disassembling and cleaning, applying special lubricating grease can solve the problem.
Software troubleshooting requires careful operation. When communication interruption occurs, the first thing to check is whether the grounding is good and whether the shielded wire connection is normal. Before restarting, it is necessary to manually save the current sequence to prevent data loss.
