Progress in Intelligence and Automation of Thermal Analysis Instruments
Date: 2025-06-20Read: 0
In recent years, thermal analyzers have made significant progress in the fields of intelligence and automation, becoming an important tool for laboratory analysis. In terms of intelligence, the thermal analyzer integrates advanced sensors, control systems, and data analysis algorithms to achieve intelligent management of the entire process from sample loading to data output. For example, the intelligent thermal analyzer is equipped with a 10 inch color touch screen, allowing users to monitor key parameters such as temperature and carrier gas flow rate in real-time through an intuitive interface, and optimize experimental conditions through visual charts. In addition, the introduction of AI algorithms enables instruments to automatically identify abnormal data, warn potential faults, and optimize analysis processes based on historical data, significantly improving the stability and reliability of experiments.
The breakthrough of automation technology has further simplified the operation process. The fully automatic thermal analyzer achieves unmanned operation of sample processing, heating analysis, gas transmission, and other steps through a robotic arm, automated sampling system, and intelligent control system. For example, the fully automatic secondary thermal analyzer adopts a two-stage thermal analysis structure. The initial analysis removes interfering substances, and the secondary analysis focuses on the target compound. The entire process does not require manual intervention, and the analysis efficiency is 3-5 times higher than traditional equipment. Meanwhile, the instrument supports 24-hour continuous operation, with a single experiment taking only 0.5-1 hour and a desorption recovery rate exceeding 98%, ensuring the accuracy of trace organic compound detection.
The combination of intelligence and automation is also reflected in the linkage between instruments and external devices. Modern thermal analyzers generally have universal interfaces that can seamlessly connect with gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and other equipment to achieve comprehensive analysis of multiple parameters and components. For example, in environmental monitoring, the combination of thermal analyzer and gas chromatography can quickly detect pollutants such as benzene derivatives and aldehydes and ketones in the atmosphere, providing data support for pollution source tracing. In the future, with the development of the Internet of Things and cloud platform technology, thermal analyzers will further realize remote monitoring, data sharing, and intelligent diagnosis, promoting laboratory analysis towards more efficient and accurate directions.
