Ultrasonic low-temperature extractor is an extraction device based on ultrasonic technology, which achieves effective separation of target components in low-temperature environments through mechanical vibration and cavitation.
The working principle of the ultrasonic low-temperature extractor is based on the cavitation effect, mechanical effect, and thermal effect of ultrasonic waves. When ultrasound propagates in liquid, it generates periodic compression and expansion, forming voids or bubbles. The bubbles rapidly oscillate, grow, contract, and collapse, producing instantaneous high temperature and high pressure, which destroys the cell structure and releases the effective components inside the cell into the extraction solvent. At the same time, mechanical effects promote material mixing, while cooling systems control temperature to prevent the destruction of heat sensitive components.
It mainly consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, extraction tank, cooling system, control system and other parts. The ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency electrical signals, which are converted into ultrasonic vibrations by the transducer. The extraction tank contains materials and solvents, and the cooling system controls the temperature. The control system adjusts the ultrasonic parameters and monitors the status.
Ultrasonic waves refer to sound waves with frequencies higher than 20000Hz, which can cause intense friction and heat dissipation between molecules when propagating in a medium, resulting in various effects:
Mechanical vibration effect: causing strong vibrations and impacts on sample molecules, weakening intermolecular forces, and reducing aggregation state.
Cavitation effect: Small bubbles are formed in the liquid, and high-speed jets and shock waves are generated when they collapse, further breaking and dispersing sample molecules.
Thermal effect: Assisted extraction through heat dissipation, but low temperature environments can effectively control temperature and avoid loss of heat sensitive components.
