Circulating ultrasonic extraction machine is a device that uses ultrasonic technology to enhance the efficiency of natural product extraction. It enhances material extraction through ultrasonic cavitation effect and uses micro acoustic flow technology to break the extraction boundary layer, accelerate component diffusion, and achieve low-temperature, effective, and low damage extraction.
Compared to traditional methods, this technology has the characteristics of low-temperature operation (avoiding high-temperature damage to components), high extraction efficiency (shortening time), and low solvent consumption.
The cyclic ultrasonic extraction machine achieves effective and low-temperature extraction through the cavitation effect, mechanical vibration effect, and thermal effect of ultrasonic waves
Cavitation effect: Ultrasonic waves generate tiny bubbles in liquid, which release amplified energy (up to thousands of atmospheres) when the bubbles burst, instantly breaking the plant cell wall and accelerating the dissolution of active ingredients. For example, when extracting essential oil from orange peel, the extraction rate of ultrasound method for 10 minutes is more than twice that of traditional steam distillation method.
Mechanical vibration effect: Ultrasonic waves cause high-frequency vibration of medium particles, enhance solvent diffusion ability, and promote component dissolution. For example, when extracting soy protein, ultrasound can extract the thermally unstable 7S protein component, which is difficult to achieve with traditional methods.
Thermal effect: Ultrasonic energy is absorbed and converted into thermal energy by the medium, and local heating accelerates dissolution, but the temperature control is accurate (usually ≤ 60 ℃) to avoid damage to thermosensitive components. For example, when extracting tea polyphenols, the ultrasonic method has a 40% higher extraction rate at 60 ℃ for 10 minutes compared to water extraction at 100 ℃ for 30 minutes.
Environmental Protection and Safety
Low temperature operation: Avoid degradation of heat sensitive components, such as preventing oxidation and polymerization reactions when extracting aromatic oils.
Non polluting emissions: Reduce the use of organic solvents and comply with green chemistry requirements.
