Chengzao Company organized outdoor expansion training activities for employees to consolidate team strength and promote enterprise development. The theme of the expansion training activities not only exercised the body, but also improved everyone's hands-on ability and enthusiasm, while also learning in various aspects of life and workplace. I particularly like Instructor Hu's definition of expansion training, which refers to outdoor experiential learning.
