The industrial online acid-base concentration meter is mainly used for continuous monitoring of the acid-base concentration (pH value) of aqueous solutions in industrial processes, and is widely used in industries such as thermal power, chemical, and steel pickling to ensure the safety and stability of the production process.
By using the principle of potentiometry to measure the concentration of hydrogen ions in a solution, the pH value is displayed in real time and supports 4-20mA standard signal output. It can be connected to industrial control systems for automatic control. Equipped with temperature compensation function, the accuracy can reach ± 0.01pH, the resolution is 0.01pH, and supports dual point calibration (buffer) calibration.
working principle
Conductivity method: At a constant temperature, the conductivity of low concentration electrolytes corresponds to the concentration of the solution. The instrument measures the conductivity of the solution, combines temperature compensation, corrects it to the conductivity at standard temperature, and then converts it to the concentration of the solution. Acid base titration method: By automatic titration, the endpoint of the acid-base reaction is measured to calculate the concentration of the solution.
