Initial operation of online silicate analyzer GSGG-5089 related instruments

1. Before powering on, carefully check whether the plugs and connections at the back of the instrument are loose or disconnected.

2. Check if the drainage pipeline is connected reliably and unobstructed.

3. Check if the water sample meets the requirements and adjust the flow rate to the flow meter reading of 5-15 L/h.

4. The fixed adhesive tape on the overflow cup of the water sample measured in front of the instrument and the waste collection cup below must be torn off.

5. Before injecting reagents into the reagent bottle and standards into the standard bottle, inject silicon free water into each bottle to replace the reagents and standards. Enter the "System Test" menu of the instrument, operate and open each valve separately, and check whether the reagents and standards can be injected normally. The injection status of reagents can be observed in the reaction cup, and the injection status of standard samples can be observed in the overflow cup. When it is necessary to inject a standard sample for testing, the standard pump must be opened by operating it on the menu first.

6. If the reagent or standard cannot be injected normally, first check if the corresponding pump is working properly. The method is to remove the pump's exhaust pipe and check if there is air blowing out.

7. If the exhaust of the pump is normal, check whether the reagent bottle or standard bottle is tightly sealed and tightened. The inspection method is to use soap water test. If there is air leakage at the bottle mouth after tightening the bottle cap, PTFE tape can be wrapped around the upper edge of the bottle mouth to solve the problem.

8. After the above checks are normal, replace the required reagents for normal operation, enter the "System Test" menu, open the reagent valves one by one for about 10 seconds, discharge the residual water and air in the pipeline, and then close them. If these water or air in the pipeline are not drained first, the first few measurement results will be inaccurate.
