Merge Declaration

Shanghai Baipu Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Shangbi Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd. have officially merged. Starting from April 10, 2017, all business of Shangbi Company has been transferred to Baipu Company, and all future business activities will be conducted in the name of Baipu Company.

The orders from Shangbi Company that have not yet been implemented will continue to be executed until completion.

Shanghai Baipu Industrial Development Co., Ltd. has relocated to a new address: Building 30, No. 1525 Minqiang Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai (Shentian High tech Park).
