The precautions to be taken during installation are quite complex and require careful attention. During pipeline installation, special attention should be paid to meeting the following requirements:

(1) The inside and ends of the pipe should be cleaned thoroughly, and the sealing surface and threads should not be damaged. The flange end faces or thread axis lines connected to each other should be parallel and aligned, and should not be forcibly connected.

(2)Vertical Centrifugal PumpAfter connecting the pipeline to the pump, welding and gas cutting should not be carried out on it. If welding or gas cutting is required, the pipeline should be removed or necessary measures should be taken to prevent welding slag from entering the pump and damaging its parts.

(3) The configuration of pipelines should be rechecked according to equipment data and design drawings.

(4) Valves, check valves, and pressure gauges should be installed on the outlet pipes of each water pump; When the water pump directly pumps water from the outdoor water supply network, valves, check valves, and pressure gauges should be installed on the suction pipe, and a bypass pipe with valves should be set around the water pump.

(5) Vibration isolation and noise prevention of water pumps: Flexible rubber joints or corrugated metal joints should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of water pumps; Elastic hangers and brackets should be used for pipeline supports; To create a good vibration isolation effect, the basic vibration isolation, pipeline vibration isolation, and support vibration isolation must be fully equipped. The area, number of layers, quantity, model of vibration isolation pads (shock absorbers) and the model and quantity of flexible joints must be selected and installed according to the calculation results.
