Installation, use, precautions and maintenance of stainless steel vertical centrifugal pump:
1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects in the flow channel of the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. Regulating valves should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump to control its operation within the rated operating conditions.
3. Open the inlet valve to fill the entire pump chamber with liquid.
4. Turn on the power and gradually open the valve on the discharge pipeline when the pump reaches normal speed, and adjust it to the desired working condition.
5. Check if the temperature rise at the motor and bearing is ≤ 70 ℃, and promptly handle any abnormalities found.
