Common faulty parts include the suction port pad, outlet pad, and impeller cover pad, which should be replaced during maintenance. If there is no phenomenon of full water, it is mostly due to damage to the impeller, corrosion and wear of the water blocking inner wall between the suction chamber and the discharge chamber, flattening of the pump head water blocking wall, and increased gap between the impeller and the pump casing. The impeller and pump casing should be replaced. When replacing the impeller, attention should be paid to removing the residual copper blades inside the pump to avoid damaging the new impeller again.
