The reason for the large vibration and abnormal sound of the high flow self-priming pump
Some users are usingHigh flow self-priming pumpWhen producing products, users may encounter the phenomenon of large vibration of self-priming pumps and abnormal sound of self-priming pumps. Without understanding self-priming pump products, many users may think it is a problem with the quality of self-priming pump products. In fact, the main reasons for large vibration of self-priming pumps are as follows for reference:
1. Due to the improper installation of self-priming pump equipment, some users, in order to save time and effort, simply randomly fix the self-priming unobstructed sewage pump with a wooden bracket and connect it to the inlet and outlet pipelines on the ground for direct use. Some users fix the self-priming pump on a bracket welded with a triangular iron, which is too single and not solid, with only a small amount of self-priming pump base in contact with the triangular iron. This method is incorrect. The correct method is to remove the wooden bracket and fix the pump on a hard and flat ground.
2. Due to the improper adjustment of the concentricity of the coupling or the wear of the rubber block inside the coupling during the installation of the self-priming pump, the vibration of the self-priming pump may occur. In this case, the concentricity of the coupling should be recalibrated or a new rubber block should be replaced and the concentricity adjusted.
3. It is also possible that the damage to the bearings of the self-priming pump may be due to the high vibration of the self-priming pump, which can be solved by replacing the bearings with new ones.
4. Due to the fact that the inlet and outlet diameters of the self-priming pump are not configured according to the standard diameter, for example, the inlet pipeline of the stainless steel self-priming pump is 100mm and the outlet is also 100mm. However, some users do not consult the manufacturer and directly reduce the inlet pipeline, resulting in a small water inflow that cannot keep up with the output of the self-priming pump. This is also the reason for the large vibration and abnormal sound of the self-priming pump.
5. The water level in the suction tank has dropped or the water flow is too fast, which causes the self-priming pump to bring in air when sucking water, resulting in abnormal sound of the self-priming pump.
