Determination of 90 Organophosphorus Pesticides and Their Metabolites Residues in Edible Oil (GB23200116-2019)
Organophosphorus pesticides are a general term for a class of phosphorus containing organic compounds commonly used in the prevention and control of plant diseases, insects, and weeds. They can be enriched in the human body through biological enrichment, food chain, and food processing products, and ultimately through human dietary behavior, causing toxic effects. Organophosphorus pesticide residues pose a great threat to the food industry. Therefore, there are high requirements for the detection of such substances in the food industry, especially for the detection of complex matrices such as oils and fats. The Anpu experiment was conducted in accordance with GB23200116-2019 "Determination of 90 Organophosphorus Pesticides and Their Metabolites Residues in Plant derived Foods - Gas Chromatography Method", and the blended oil was tested at a spiked level of 100ppb. The test results are shown in the table, and the dSPE purification of Anpu experiment was tested. The package and standard solution are suitable for this standard.
