The extremely robust design of platinum ATR makes rapid infrared analysis of most samples easy and reliable. Its diamond ATR crystal is welded into a ceramic plate, forming a sampling area with chemical inertness and high mechanical strength. The flatness of the crystal surface makes cleaning simple and efficient, thereby avoiding contamination from the previous analyzed sample. For testing black samples (such as black polymer materials) and thin layers, platinum ATR accessories can be configured with germanium crystals. To ensure reliable and safe analysis, the type of crystal can be automatically identified and measurement parameters optimized by OPUS software. The ergonomic mechanism of one finger pliers allows for rapid and accurate determination of solid samples. If the sample is an extremely hard product, you can choose a sample indenter that can apply high pressure. In order to meet the testing requirements of liquid samples, the platinum ATR module can be configured with a temperature controlled crystal plate, and the sample is equipped with sampling slots and overflow channel accessories
