1Jena Atomization Chamber, GermanyLaboratory adaptability: dual guarantee of high precision and flexibility
Multi model compatibility
The Jena atomization chamber from Germany (such as the LTA series) can be adapted to mainstream atomic absorption spectrometers (AAS) and some flame atomic fluorescence spectrometers at home and abroad, covering domestic brands such as Raleigh North, General Motors, and Shanghai Jingke, as well as international brands such as PerkinElmer from the United States and Hitachi from Japan. Its modular design allows for quick replacement of atomizer models, meeting the needs of sharing multiple devices in the laboratory.
High sensitivity and stability
Sensitivity: When using air/acetylene flame to determine 2 μ g/mL copper, the absorbance can be better than 0.40A, reaching the high level of flame atomic absorption method.
Stability: The relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 0.5%, ensuring the reliability of repeatability analysis.
Anti interference capability: A specially designed flow restriction tube reduces aerosol fluctuations and improves the detection accuracy of low-temperature atomized elements (such as copper and lead).
Usability and maintainability
Debugging free design: Users do not need to manually adjust, and the long-term performance is stable.
Anti clogging technology: debris below 0.4mm can be sprayed out on its own, and with the help of a transparent steel needle (LTA-2 type), it can quickly clear blockages and reduce downtime.
Corrosion resistance: Acid resistant (except hydrofluoric acid), supports the use of organic solvents, and is suitable for complex sample analysis.
2、 Production line adaptability: a combination of efficiency, durability, and intelligence
Continuous operation stability
Metal sleeve glass structure: The outer stainless steel protective sleeve enhances impact resistance, and the inner glass atomizer ensures efficient atomization, suitable for 24-hour continuous operation of the production line.
Temperature adaptability: The studio temperature should be ≥ 10 ℃ to avoid solution freezing and blockage, suitable for most industrial environments.
Accurate control of traffic and increase volume
Air flow rate: Under standard working pressure of 0.2MPa, the flow rate is 5-7L/min to ensure atomization efficiency.
Sample lifting capacity: adjustable from 4-7.5mL/min, supporting flow optimization of high-temperature atomized elements (such as calcium) to reduce interference.
Acetylene flow regulation: Determine the optimal flow rate through standard liquid testing to improve absorption efficiency under rich flame conditions.
Intelligent integration capability
Auxiliary gas control: supports the use of nitrous oxide (N ₂ O), provides a safe switching valve, and adapts to different fuel requirements.
Automation compatibility: It can be integrated with the DCS system of the production line to achieve remote monitoring and adjustment of parameters such as flow and pressure.
3、 Core technical support for cross scenario adaptation
Design of restricted flow liquid pipe
Specially made inner diameter polyethylene pipes reduce the risk of blockage, support reverse blowing or water injection cleaning, and reduce maintenance frequency.
When the sample is about to be inhaled, eliminate bubbles by bouncing the liquid inlet tube to avoid interruption of inhalation.
Optimization of Impact Ball Cap
The nozzle airflow spreads out in a flat plane, with a large angle and good symmetry, improving the uniformity of atomization.
The impact ball caps between different models of atomizers are not interchangeable to ensure stable sensitivity.
Anti misoperation design
Do not use metal wires to unclog the inner tube of the atomizer to avoid damaging the glass structure.
The auxiliary fuel gas channel is closed by default to prevent the gas not involved in spray from reducing sensitivity.
