Multi column weighing scale is a weighing device that can simultaneously weigh multiple items and display the weight of each item in real time. It achieves accurate dynamic weighing through multi column design and is widely used in logistics, warehousing, food, agricultural seed processing and other fields.
Multi column weighing scales transport items through conveyor belts, convert gravity into electrical signals using strain gauges or capacitive sensors, and achieve dynamic weighing through digital processing. Its core lies in the organic combination of multiple conventional precision weighing scales, forming multiple independent weighing channels, overcoming mechanical interference and data processing conflicts between multiple column weighing platforms, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
function
Multi level weight sorting: supports grading products according to preset weight ranges, such as dividing seeds into different grades by weight to optimize raw material utilization.
Automatic removal of non-conforming products: Real time detection of product weight, automatic removal of overweight, underweight, missing, or overfilled products, ensuring that packaging meets standards.
Data storage and communication: capable of storing 100-200 product parameters, supporting data export function, facilitating quality traceability and industry supervision.
Real time monitoring and feedback: Real time display of the weight of each item, and feedback adjustment of the packaging machine's loading capacity. For example, the actual weighing data of the product is fed back online to multiple column back sealed packaging machines to accurately control the average weight of the product.
Intelligence and Automation: Supports remote real-time monitoring, continuous non conformance alarm, equipment fault I/O alarm output, and has adaptive precision algorithms to intelligently compensate for missing weight.
Key points for use and maintenance
Installation and calibration: The equipment needs to be installed horizontally (calibrated with a spirit level) and kept away from vibration sources (such as air compressors and motors); Before initial use, calibrate each weighing unit column with standard weights, and then calibrate once a week thereafter;
Conveyor belt cleaning: After daily production, wipe the conveyor belt with a neutral cleaning agent (disinfected in the food industry) to avoid residual materials affecting weighing accuracy;
Sensor protection: Do not hit or squeeze the weighing platform, avoid corrosive liquids from contacting the sensor, and regularly check whether the sensor wiring is loose;
Removal mechanism maintenance: The pneumatic removal device needs to be regularly checked for air pressure (0.4~0.6MPa) and lubricated monthly to ensure smooth operation;
Data management: Regularly export test data (such as daily/weekly), backup product formula parameters, and avoid data loss caused by equipment failure.
