  ASCO solenoid valveBy controlling fluid flow through electromagnetic force, the core structure includes electromagnetic coils, iron cores, valve bodies, and sealing components. It is characterized by simple control, fast response, and stable performance, and does not require additional protective measures to achieve good results.
  ASCO solenoid valveThe working principle of is based on electromagnetic effects and mechanical motion, mainly including three types: direct acting, step-by-step direct acting, and pilot operated. When the direct acting solenoid valve is powered on, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing member from the valve seat, and the valve opens; When the power is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the spring presses the closing member against the valve seat, causing the valve to close. The step-by-step direct action solenoid valve combines the working principles of direct action and pilot action. In the absence of pressure difference, after being energized, the electromagnetic force directly opens the pilot hole and connects to the main valve. The piston is lifted upwards in sequence, and the valve opens; When the inlet and outlet reach the starting pressure difference, the electromagnetic force first opens the pilot hole, and uses the pressure difference and electromagnetic force to pull the main piston, and the valve port opens. When the pilot operated solenoid valve is in the constant position, the movable iron core seals the pilot valve port, the pressure inside the valve chamber is balanced, and the main valve port seals the valve; When the coil is powered on, electromagnetic force is generated to attract the movable iron core, causing the medium in the main valve chamber to leak out from the main valve port, creating a pressure difference. The diaphragm or valve cup is quickly lifted, and the main valve port opens; The coil loses power, the magnetic field disappears, the movable iron core resets, the pilot valve port is closed, and after the pressure inside the pilot valve and main valve chamber is balanced, the valve returns to the closed position.
