Air negative oxygen ion monitoring stationIt is an intelligent environmental monitoring device used for real-time, continuous, and accurate measurement of negative oxygen ion concentration in the environment. It is widely used in ecological tourism areas, forest parks, urban green spaces, nursing homes, residential areas, and air quality assessment. Negative oxygen ions are known as the "air vitamin", and their concentration is an important indicator for measuring the freshness of the air and the health level of the living environment. High concentrations of negative oxygen ions help improve respiratory function, regulate the nervous system, and enhance immunity.
The monitoring station adopts advanced capacitive or Gerdien tube sensor principles to capture charged ions in the air through a high-voltage electric field, convert them into weak current signals, and then achieve quantitative detection of negative oxygen ion concentration (unit: ions/cm ³) through high-precision amplification and analog-to-digital conversion. Modern devices are typically capable of synchronously monitoring positive ion concentrations and calculating net ion concentrations. Some models also integrate multi parameter sensors such as PM2.5, PM10, temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed and direction, providing more comprehensive environmental quality data.
Air negative oxygen ion monitoring stationMaintenance methods:
1、 Daily maintenance (recommended to be carried out weekly or during each inspection)
Appearance and structural inspection
Check if the host casing and bracket are secure, free from rust, looseness, or human damage;
Confirm that the rain cover and insect screen are intact and unobstructed of the air intake.
Probe cleaning
Gently remove dust, pollen, spider webs, and other pollutants from the inlet and outer wall of the negative oxygen ion sensor (ionization chamber) using a dry soft bristled brush, clean non-woven fabric, or low-pressure compressed air (<0.2 MPa);
It is strictly prohibited to use liquids such as water, alcohol, acetone, etc. to clean the inside of the probe, in order to avoid damaging the high-voltage electrode or causing a short circuit.
Data status verification
Check whether the local display screen or remote platform data is uploaded normally;
If there is a continuous "0", "abnormally high value" or severe jump, the interference source should be investigated or maintenance should be arranged.
2、 Regular maintenance (recommended once a month)
Deeply clean the sensor area
Remove the dust screen (if any), rinse with clean water and air dry before reinstalling;
Check for oil stains or deposits on the ionization chamber window (especially in industrial areas or near oil fumes), and if necessary, gently wipe the outer surface with a cotton swab dipped in anhydrous ethanol (avoiding contact with internal electrodes).
Check power supply and communication
Test whether the power supply voltage is stable;
Check if the surface of the solar panel (if equipped) is clean and if the battery is fully charged;
Verify if the 4G/Wi Fi/Ethernet connection is working properly and if the SIM card is in arrears.
leak test
Check whether the sealing ring of the host box is aging or cracked to prevent rainwater or moisture from entering;
Tighten all cable joints and waterproof junction boxes.
