This standard specifies sample preparation, tensile speed, fixture requirements, and data processing methods, providing a basis for material research and development, quality control, and compliance certification. The testing indicators include tensile strength, elongation at break, elastic modulus, etc., which are widely used in fields such as food packaging, medical materials, electronic packaging, etc.

1. Equipment start-up and fixture installation
Install specialized fixtures (such as wedge fixtures or self-locking fixtures) to ensure that the fixture spacing matches the length of the specimen.
2. Software operation and parameter configuration
Enter original parameters such as sample number, thickness, width, etc;
Select the "stretch" mode, set the speed (such as 100mm/min), gauge length, and shutdown mode (automatic shutdown for fracture);
3. Sample clamping and zeroing
Symmetrically clamp the sample into the upper and lower fixtures to avoid eccentric force;
Click on 'Force value reset' to eliminate the influence of the sample's own weight;
4. Testing
Click on 'Start Testing'
Real time observation of stress-strain curves, monitoring of sample deformation and fracture processes;
5. Result processing
After the test is completed, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the component will be automatically calculated;
