Electric spark detectorThe key steps for calibration and maintenance are as follows:
1、 Calibration standards and core steps
Pre calibration inspection
Power on self-test: After preheating, confirm that the pointer of the pointer leak detector is stable and unobstructed, and that the digital leak detector displays clearly and completely.
Alarm function test: Check the sound and light alarm function according to the instructions to ensure that the equipment can promptly report any abnormalities.
Insulation resistance test
Power input terminal and casing: Apply a test voltage of 500V, and the insulation resistance should be ≥ 10M Ω.
High voltage output terminal and ground: After connecting the high voltage generator, the insulation resistance should be ≥ 100M Ω to prevent leakage risk.
Power frequency withstand voltage test
Apply a 1.5kV power frequency voltage between all measurement lines and the reference test "ground" for 1 minute to ensure no breakdown or arcing phenomenon and ensure the safety of the equipment in high voltage environments.
Pulse voltage output stability calibration
Select 50% of the upper range point (or user specified point), record 10 peak voltage measurements within 1 minute, calculate output stability (Δ U=Umax Umin), and ensure that voltage fluctuations meet accuracy requirements.
Calibration of Pulse Voltage Indication Error
Pointer leak detector: Calibrate all digital division points of the basic range, and only calibrate the upper limit division line for non basic ranges.
Digital leak detector: Select ≥ 5 points uniformly within the basic range, and select the two ends and middle values of the range for non basic ranges. Measure the actual voltage value through an oscilloscope, calculate the indication error (Δ=Ux-kU0), and ensure that the error is within the allowable range.
2、 Key measures for daily maintenance
Battery maintenance
Regular charging: When not in use for a long time, charge once every 30 days; After continuous use for 8 hours, it is necessary to charge the battery in a timely manner to avoid over discharge and damage to the battery.
Charging standard: Charge after turning off the power switch, and the charger will automatically power off after being fully charged to avoid damaging the device by plugging it into the wrong socket.
Cleaning and dust prevention
External cleaning: Use a soft cloth and appropriate cleaning agent to scrub the outer shell to avoid dust accumulation.
Internal cleaning: Regularly inspect optical components, sample chambers, and electrodes, clean oxide deposits and dust with compressed air, and be careful not to touch optical components.
Electrode maintenance
Inspection and replacement: Check the wear of the electrode after use, and replace it promptly if the wear is obvious. The electrode can be cleaned with a special cleaning agent.
Sample room protection: Keep the sample room clean after testing to avoid chemical corrosion, and deep cleaning is required when sedimentation occurs.
environmental control
Temperature and humidity management: The laboratory temperature should be maintained at 20-25 ℃, with a relative humidity of ≤ 70%, to prevent component corrosion caused by high humidity.
Vibration protection: Place the device on a shockproof tabletop to avoid external vibrations affecting the test results.
IIIElectric spark detectorRecommendations for calibration and maintenance cycles
Calibration cycle: It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive calibration once a year to ensure that the equipment accuracy meets the standards.
Maintenance frequency: According to the usage intensity, internal cleaning and electrode inspection should be carried out every 3-6 months, and battery maintenance should be performed monthly.
