2、 Working principle:
Vacuum freeze-drying refers to a technology that uses the sublimation principle for drying, in which the dried material is rapidly frozen at low temperatures, and then in a suitable vacuum environment, the frozen water molecules are directly sublimated into steam and released. This process will not be concentrated due to dehydration, and the dried material will be in the form of a dry sponge with multiple pores, with a basically unchanged volume. It is easy to dissolve water and recover, which greatly prevents the physical, chemical, and biological deformation of the dried material.

4、 Features of the multi manifold freeze-drying machine with pressure cover:
1. Condensation system
(1) Closed type compressor, fast refrigeration, higher efficiency; New environmentally friendly refrigerant, environmentally friendly and in line with national environmental protection requirements;
(2) The water capture capacity of the cold trap is ≥ 3KG, the working temperature is ≤ -60 ℃, the inner wall temperature is uniform, and the professional gas flow design can both freeze dry and capture water, protecting the vacuum pump.
(3) The cold trap adopts an external coil, with smooth and unobstructed interior, and has sample pre freezing function, without the need for ultra-low temperature refrigerators or liquid nitrogen processing freezing equipment.
(4) The cold trap is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and has a smooth surface that is more conducive to defrosting.
2. Vacuum system
(1) High sealed vacuum chamber, with a vacuum degree of ≤ 10pa;
(2) Equipped with a vacuum micro adjustment ball valve, it can achieve manual micro adjustment of vacuum degree;
(3) The customized version is a true control generator suitable for freeze-drying machines, with a pumping speed of 2 liters per second to quickly ensure the vacuum degree of the chamber.
(4) Pirani vacuum measuring gauge is more prepared to measure the pressure inside the chamber, ensuring accurate and effective vacuum values.
(5) Equipped with KF25 quick connect clamps, tightly connect the vacuum pump and chamber.
(6) Optional vacuum pump oil mist filter to ensure laboratory environment and reduce oil mist pollution.
3. Drying room system
(1) The freeze-drying area is the largest at 0.19m ² (ordinary type), and the material tray size is 200mm. Support the expansion of multi manifold freeze-drying bottles and eggplant shaped bottles to further increase the freeze-drying area. (Equipped with a multi manifold bell jar)
(2) The clock cover is made of highly transparent material, which is corrosion-resistant and not fragile, making it easy to observe the freeze-drying process of the sample.
(3) The drying rack supports capping function and can freeze dry samples stored in containers such as penicillin bottles that require capping (capping type).
(4) The number of partition layers can be adjusted, and the number of layers can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the sample quantity.
(5) The partition has a heating function to further analyze the bound moisture of the sample (heating type).

(4) The built-in compressor equipment and vacuum pump have an automatic reminder function for lubrication and maintenance time, which can actively remind users to perform corresponding maintenance on the vacuum pump and compressor;
(5) Password protection mechanism facilitates device permission management and prevents non professionals from making mistakes.
(6) Multiple sample protection mechanisms, such as prohibiting the vacuum pump from starting when the cold trap temperature is too high, to avoid sample boiling and damage.
