The nitrogen part of the three gas integrated machine series adopts a compound purification electrolytic separation technology that can produce high-purity nitrogen gas, which is used for gas chromatography FID, TCD, ECD, FPD detectors.
Usage and Online Connection:
1. Remove the instrument from the packaging box, inspect the appearance and interior for any serious damage caused by transportation, and then verify if the power cord, accessories, and certificate of conformity are complete.
2. Preparation of electrolyte: Dilute 100 grams of analytical pure KOH (potassium hydroxide) with 400ml of distilled water. After the KOH dissolves and cools, inject it into the injection tank (with a volume of 1.6L), and then add distilled water to the injection tank below the liquid level H. (The injection port is located on the upper part of the instrument. When injecting, the injection port cover needs to be removed. After completion, press the upper cover of the instrument.)
3. Tighten the sealing caps on the "nitrogen", "hydrogen", and "air" output ports on the rear panel to prevent air leakage.
4. Then firmly plug the power cord into the power socket on the back panel of the instrument to ensure safety, and turn on the power start switch; The 'Air' working indicator light is on. The "N2" and "H2" systems have digital displays. After a few minutes, the "Air" system's working indicator light goes out; (Indicating that the compressor has stopped working and the pressure has reached the set value) The digital display of the "H2" system is "000" or close to "000", and the pressure gauge indicates 0.3Mpa; At this time, the "N2" system is undergoing purification and emptying, and the flow rate display is relatively high (about 10 minutes); After 10 minutes, the flow rate will be displayed as "000" or connected to "000", and the pressure indication of the "N2" and "Air" systems will be 0.4Mpa. (Factory settings)
6. The above is normal. Turn off the power switch. Remove the sealing caps on the output ports of "N2", "H2", and "Air", and connect them to the gas chromatograph with corresponding pipes of Φ 3 to ensure no air leakage.
7. After each work is completed, simply turn off the power, and when working again, simply turn on the power switch. After each power switch is turned on, the "N2" system needs to automatically blow the purification room and gas system, so it takes about 10 minutes.
