Sulfide acidification blowing instrumentThe scope of application is wide, covering multiple fields such as water quality, atmosphere, soil, industry, scientific research, and teaching.
Sulfide acidification blowing instrumentIt can quickly and accurately determine the sulfide content in samples, providing strong technical support for water quality assessment, pollution control, and environmental monitoring. Adopting a good intelligent control system makes experimental operations more convenient and safe.
Operation process:
1. Prepare the sample: Pour the sample into the sample bottle of the acidification blower.
2. Add acid reagent: Add an appropriate amount of acid reagent (such as hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid) to the sample bottle and seal the bottle mouth. The acidification process converts sulfides (S ² ⁻) in the sample into hydrogen sulfide gas (H ₂ S).
3. Connect the blowing device: Connect the blowing device to the sample bottle and ensure airtightness.
4. Start blowing: Turn on the blowing device to blow inert gas (such as nitrogen or air) through the sample, promoting the release of hydrogen sulfide gas. The function of blowing is to help remove the generated hydrogen sulfide gas from the sample and push it into the capture or detection system.
5. Capture hydrogen sulfide: Hydrogen sulfide gas is blown into the trap and reacts with the absorbent or adsorbent inside the trap.
6. Analysis and detection: Based on the amount of hydrogen sulfide in the trap, use appropriate detection methods for quantitative analysis.
7. Data processing: Calculate the sulfide content in the sample based on the test results.
In order to extend the service life of the sulfide acidification blowing instrument and maintain its stable performance, it is recommended to conduct regular maintenance activities, such as cleaning the instrument and checking its airtightness.
